All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days of receiving payment.
Pricing includes the cost of shipping to destinations in the US. Buyers in the Chicagoland area, if desired, can opt for hand delivery—just send me a message via the Contact page.
International shipping will be quoted on an individual basis and invoiced separately before shipment. Buyer will only pay actual shipping cost.
Returns
I offer a 7-day return policy on original paintings because I understand that artwork can look different in person and in your own space, and buying art online can feel risky. You have 7 days to contact me and request a refund. You will need to cover the cost of return postage, using the original packaging (so please save it). Once a return has been agreed upon, you are responsible for packing and return delivery. The artwork must be returned in as-new condition or a refund will not be issued. A handling fee of 15% of the purchase price is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total reimbursed amount. Once the piece is safely returned I will refund your payment within 3-5 days. Please note: this policy does not apply to print purchases.
Damage
I pack my artwork carefully and your piece will almost certainly arrive unscathed. However, if your package is damaged in transit, please contact me immediately (no later than the following day) via the form on the Contact page. I will require photos of the packaging and the artwork in order to put in a claim for damage.

All content, images, designs, and text are the intellectual property of Nathan Wells and may not be used without express permission. All rights are reserved.
Artwork purchased from the artist cannot be reproduced, distributed, or sold in any form whatsoever without the express written consent of the artist. The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold artwork.
